Return & Refund Policy – Rep Theory

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Items must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Non-returnable items:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.

Rep Theory reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
