Our Story

I DIDN'T START REP THEORY BECAUSE I HAD IT FIGURED OUT.

I started it because I didn't.

I'm a student. I work two jobs. And somewhere in between all of that, I'm building Rep Theory from the ground up — not because I had a clear plan, but because I found something I actually believe in.

For a long time I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life. That's an uncomfortable thing to admit, but it's the truth. What I did know was this: I'd been working out since I was 15. Every session, every early morning, every day I didn't feel like it but showed up anyway — those reps taught me things that no classroom ever did.

They taught me that discipline compounds. That the version of you that shows up on the hard days is the one that actually grows. That your body is not just a vessel — it's a gift. And most people are walking around treating it like an afterthought.

That's what bothered me. I kept seeing a world where people wanted to be better — healthier, stronger, more disciplined — but there was no real place designed to meet them there. Not with the tools. Not with the knowledge. Not with the mindset. Just a noise of products that didn't stand for anything.

So I built Rep Theory to be that place.

"I believe your body is God-given. A temple. And everything we build at Rep Theory starts from that belief — that investing in yourself is not optional. It's a responsibility."

The Performance Rope isn't just a product. It's the first tool in what I want to become a movement — a brand that equips people with everything they need to do the hard work. Knowledge, gear, and the reminder that the climb is always worth it.

I'm not at the top yet. Not even close. I'm in the middle of the climb — working two jobs, studying, building this at every hour I can find. But I know firsthand what it feels like to commit to something harder than you expected and grow because of it.

That's the whole point. That's Rep Theory.

EARN YOUR REPS.
